Dave and Loraine started with a 38-acre apple orchard they bought in 1996, and today they run this market on Main Street in Brighton with their daughters Kimberly and Jennifer. Apples and vegetables fill the shelves in season, with produce from other Ontario farms covering what they don't grow. Pies, crisps, butter tarts and quiche come from the market's own kitchen, and baked goods can be ordered two days ahead. Each September the family sets up a long apple display at Brighton's Applefest.
