Every Farm

Terms of use

The short version: we work to keep farm details right, but farms change plans, so check with the farm before you go or buy.

Using Every Farm

You're welcome to use Every Farm to find farms and plan visits. Please don't copy the site's listings in bulk or scrape them.

Farm information

We build each listing from the farm's own public information and show the date we checked it. Hours, prices, crops and events change, often with the weather, so confirm with the farm before you go. We can't promise every detail is current, and we're not responsible for changes a farm makes.

Buying from a farm

When you buy from a farm, you're buying from the farm, on its terms. Every Farm isn't part of the sale, and questions about an order go to the farm.

Split a cow

Joining the Split a cow waitlist isn't an order, a reservation or a promise to buy, and it doesn't commit us or any farm to sell you anything. Before any share is sold, you'll see who the seller is, the price and the terms, and you can say no.

Names, logos and photos

Farm names, logos and photos belong to their owners. We use photos with permission or under an open licence, and credit them on the farm's page. Every Farm isn't endorsed by any farm, association or government program unless a page says so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
