Cathy McKay and Marvin Stevenson planted their first apple trees on this Oak Ridges Moraine property west of Port Perry in 1980, and the orchard now grows 24 varieties of apples and pears. From Wednesday to Sunday this season, visitors pick apples and pumpkins, walk the corn maze and meet the sheep, llamas and Highland cows. The farm market sells pre-picked apples, sweet cider pressed each week, honey harvested at the orchard's edge and more than 35 kinds of squash and pumpkins.
