The Loewith family has milked cows near Copetown, on the western edge of Hamilton, since 1947, and Ben Loewith now runs the farm with his wife Jen as general manager. Their store, a red railway-station building on Powerline Road, sells milk in returnable glass bottles, cream and cheese curds, with a window onto the room where the curds are made. Saturday walking tours go through the barn and milking parlour, and members in Hamilton can have a standing order dropped at the door each week.
