The Bering family has farmed this land since 1937, and Richard and Amanda Bering now run it as a maple farm. The Maple Sweet Shop on the farm is open daily, all year, with samples of four syrup flavours, and the Sugar Shack shows how sap becomes syrup. From May to October, a guided tour rides a wagon into the forest for taffy on snow and ends with a tasting; in March and April, the Sugar Bush Trek returns.
