The Borcsok family grows apples and pears on Derry Road in Burlington, near Milton, an orchard that once sold its whole crop to the wholesale market. From mid-September you can pick apples from semi-dwarf trees, many marked by colour so you can find each variety, with bags and carts handed out for you. The store sells apples and pears by the bag or bushel, along with cider, honey, pumpkins and firewood, every day from late August to the end of October.
