Brian and Linda Young have grown berries at their Lowbanks farm since 1989, when they put in two acres of blueberries. Strawberry picking starts in early to mid-June, then raspberries and blueberries carry the season through July and into August, and sweet corn is sold by the ear until Labour Day. Their market and bakery stays open through the winter with frozen berries, jam, pies and bread, and orders placed online can be picked up Wednesday to Saturday.
