Jim and Ruth Eby and Ben and Sheri Eby run this Waterloo-area dairy, which Jim's father Howard bought in 1959. Around 60 registered Guernseys are milked here, and the family's own label covers 2%, 4.8% and chocolate milk, 10% cream, cheddar, Havarti and Balkan-style yogurt. Eby's Dairy Market, the store on the farm, opens Monday to Saturday and has the widest selection. Barn tours, booked through the farm's site, start with a dairy tasting and then go into the tie-stall barn to meet the cows and calves.
