Kevin and Anne Snyder run this fifth-generation farm on Maple Bend Road, north of Bloomingdale, and the family has made maple syrup here for more than a century. The sugar house boils sap over wood cut in the farm's own bush. The farm store sells their syrup, maple sugar and maple butter alongside frozen whole turkeys, cuts and sausage. On the first weekend of April the family opens the sugar bush for Maple Weekend, with wagon rides and pancakes.
